St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center

St. Joseph's University Medical Center is a major academic medical center and state-designated trauma center located in Paterson, New Jersey. It is a member of St. Joseph's Health, which includes St. Joseph's Children's Hospital, St. Joseph's Wayne Medical Center, St. Joseph's Healthcare and Rehab Center, and Visiting Health Services of NJ.

The hospital, founded in 1867, is sponsored by the Sisters of Charity of Saint Elizabeth. It provides care for both complex and routine cases and is known for its expertise in various medical specialties.

St. Joseph's University Medical Center has a second campus in Paramus, New Jersey. It is a private, non-profit institution and operates as a Level II Trauma Center.
