Tiffany Cameron
Tiffany Cameron (born October 16, 1991) is a Canadian-Jamaican professional footballer who plays as a forward for Jamaica and Ferencvárosi TC in the Hungarian Női NB I. She has also represented Canada at various youth levels.
Early Life and Education[edit | edit source]
Cameron was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She attended Ohio State University, where she played for the Ohio State Buckeyes from 2009 to 2012. During her collegiate career, she became the all-time leading scorer for the Buckeyes.
Club Career[edit | edit source]
Cameron began her professional career with Seattle Reign FC in the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) in 2013. She later played for several clubs, including FC Kansas City, TSG 1899 Hoffenheim, and Apollon Limassol. In 2020, she signed with Ferencvárosi TC in Hungary.
International Career[edit | edit source]
Cameron initially represented Canada at the youth level, including appearances for the U-17 and U-20 teams. She made her senior debut for Canada in 2012. In 2019, she switched her international allegiance to Jamaica, making her debut for the Reggae Girlz in the same year.
Playing Style[edit | edit source]
Cameron is known for her speed, agility, and goal-scoring ability. She primarily plays as a forward but is also capable of playing as a winger.
Personal Life[edit | edit source]
Cameron holds dual citizenship in Canada and Jamaica. She is an advocate for women's sports and often participates in community outreach programs.
