Todhills Rest Area is a service station located on the M6 motorway in the United Kingdom. It is situated between junctions 44 and 45, near the city of Carlisle in Cumbria. The rest area is operated by Roadchef, one of the UK's three major service station operators.

The Todhills Rest Area was originally opened in the 1970s as a simple rest stop for drivers. It was later developed into a full service station by Roadchef in the 1990s. The rest area has undergone several refurbishments over the years to improve its facilities and services.

Todhills Rest Area offers a range of facilities for both drivers and passengers. These include a Costa Coffee shop, a WHSmith store, and a McDonald's restaurant. There are also toilet and shower facilities, a picnic area, and a large car park. The rest area is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
