UC Irvine Medical Center is a major healthcare facility, part of the University of California, Irvine. It is located in Orange, California, and is the primary teaching hospital for the UC Irvine School of Medicine.

The UC Irvine Medical Center was established in 1965, following the creation of the University of California, Irvine. The hospital has grown significantly since its inception, and is now one of the top research and teaching hospitals in the United States.

The medical center includes a 411-bed acute care hospital, the Chao Family Comprehensive Cancer Center, the UC Irvine Health H.H. Chao Comprehensive Digestive Disease Center, and the UC Irvine Health Gavin Herbert Eye Institute. It also houses the only Level I Trauma Center in Orange County.
