UTC−07:00 is a time offset that subtracts 7 hours from Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). This time is used in several regions across the world, primarily in North America. It is also known as Mountain Standard Time (MST) during standard time and Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) during daylight saving time.
