United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) is the first and foremost university in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Established in 1976 by the late Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, UAEU aspires to be a comprehensive, research-intensive university and currently enrolls approximately 14,000 Emirati and international students.
