Université Saint-Joseph de Beyrouth (USJ) is a private Catholic university located in Beirut, Lebanon. It was founded in 1875 by the Jesuits, making it one of the oldest universities in Lebanon. USJ is renowned for its contributions to the fields of medicine, law, engineering, business, and arts and humanities. The university operates in French and is a member of the Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities and the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie.
