Upper Franconia
Upper Franconia (Oberfranken) is a Regierungsbezirk (administrative region) in the state of Bavaria, Germany. It is located in the northern part of Bavaria and borders the German states of Thuringia and Saxony, as well as the Czech Republic. The region is known for its rich history, cultural heritage, and distinctive culinary traditions.
