Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center is a non-profit community health center that provides comprehensive healthcare services to underserved communities in Oregon, United States. The center was established in 1975 in memory of Virginia Garcia, a six-year-old girl who died from an untreated infected cut because her family lacked access to healthcare.

The Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center was founded by a group of concerned citizens and healthcare professionals in response to the tragic death of Virginia Garcia. The center initially operated out of a three-car garage in Cornelius, Oregon, and has since expanded to multiple locations across Washington County, Oregon and Yamhill County, Oregon.
