West Yorkshire
West Yorkshire is a metropolitan county in England, located in the United Kingdom. It is landlocked and comprises five metropolitan boroughs: Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees, Leeds, and Wakefield. West Yorkshire was formed in 1974 under the Local Government Act 1972 and is bounded by the counties of Derbyshire to the south, Greater Manchester to the southwest, Lancashire to the northwest, North Yorkshire to the north and east, and South Yorkshire to the southeast.
