The WCWB was founded in 1926 and is based in London, United Kingdom. The organization works to improve the quality of life for blind and visually impaired people by promoting education, employment, and social integration. The WCWB also works to raise awareness of the needs of blind and visually impaired people and to promote the development of services that support them.
