Wyckoff Heights, New York City
Wyckoff Heights is a neighborhood in the New York City boroughs of Brooklyn and Queens. It is situated in the northern part of Bushwick and the southern part of Ridgewood. The area is named after the Wyckoff family, one of the early Dutch settlers in the region.

Wyckoff Heights was originally a rural area with farmland and small settlements. The neighborhood began to develop in the late 19th and early 20th centuries as New York City expanded. The construction of the New York City Subway and other transportation infrastructure facilitated the growth of residential and commercial buildings.

Wyckoff Heights is bordered by Flushing Avenue to the north, Cypress Avenue to the east, Myrtle Avenue to the south, and Irving Avenue to the west. The neighborhood is characterized by a mix of residential buildings, including row houses, apartment buildings, and some single-family homes.
