From WikiMD's Wellness Encyclopedia

Your Pie is an American franchise pizza restaurant chain that was founded in 2008. The company is known for its customizable, made-to-order personal pizzas that are cooked in a brick oven.

History[edit | edit source]

Your Pie was founded by Drew French in 2008 in Athens, Georgia. French was inspired by the hand-tossed pizza he experienced during his honeymoon in Italy. He wanted to bring the same authentic taste and experience to the United States, which led to the creation of Your Pie.

Concept[edit | edit source]

Your Pie operates on a fast-casual dining concept. Customers can customize their own 10-inch personal pizzas by choosing from a variety of dough, sauces, cheeses, and toppings. The pizzas are then cooked in a brick oven and are ready in less than five minutes. In addition to pizza, Your Pie also offers customizable salads, paninis, and gelato.

Expansion[edit | edit source]

Since its inception, Your Pie has expanded rapidly across the United States. As of 2021, the company has over 70 locations in 19 states. The company's growth strategy includes both corporate-owned stores and franchising opportunities.

Recognition[edit | edit source]

Your Pie has received numerous awards and recognitions for its innovative concept and rapid growth. In 2018, the company was named in the Top 200+ Franchise list by Franchise Times.
