2 AM Club is an American band known for their eclectic blend of various music genres, including pop, rock, and hip hop. The band formed in 2007, taking its name from a bar in San Francisco, California, where the members would frequently meet and discuss their musical ambitions. The original lineup included lead vocalist Marc Griffin, guitarist Matt Reagan, keyboardist Dave Dalton, drummer Ian O'Neill, and bassist Matt Warshauer, also known as "Sauce". They were later joined by Tyler Cordy, who contributed as a rapper and vocalist, adding a unique element to the band's sound.

In 2009, 2 AM Club signed a record deal with RCA Records, a major milestone that led to the release of their debut album, What Did You Think Was Going to Happen?, in 2010. The album featured the single "Worry About You," which gained moderate success and helped establish the band on the national music scene.
