4'F-CUMYL-5F-PINACA is a synthetic cannabinoid that is also a new psychoactive substance (NPS). It is a derivative of CUMYL-5F-PINACA, but the terminal amino portion of the pentyl chain has been replaced with a 4-fluorobenzyl group.
