Abdullah bin Faisal Al Saud (1923 – 8 May 2007) was a Saudi Arabian royal and a prominent member of the House of Saud. He was the eldest son of King Faisal of Saudi Arabia and Iffat Al Thunayan.

Abdullah bin Faisal was born in 1923 in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia. He was the first son of King Faisal, who later became the third king of Saudi Arabia, and Iffat Al Thunayan, a notable figure in Saudi society known for her contributions to education and women's rights.

Abdullah bin Faisal held various positions within the Saudi government. He was appointed as the first Minister of Health in 1950, a position he held until 1953. During his tenure, he worked on developing the healthcare infrastructure in the kingdom. He later served as the Minister of Interior from 1953 to 1959, where he played a significant role in the establishment of the ministry and the development of internal security policies.
