Anna Olson
Anna Olson (born May 4, 1968) is a Canadian pastry chef, television host, and cookbook author. She is best known for her television shows on the Food Network Canada, including Sugar, Fresh with Anna Olson, and Bake with Anna Olson.
Early Life and Education[edit | edit source]
Anna Olson was born in Atlanta, Georgia, and raised in Toronto, Ontario. She attended Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario, where she earned a degree in political studies and sociology. After completing her undergraduate studies, she decided to pursue her passion for cooking and enrolled in the College of Culinary Arts at Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island.

Anna Olson began her television career with the show Sugar, which focused on desserts and pastrys. The show was a hit and led to further opportunities on the Food Network Canada. She later hosted Fresh with Anna Olson, which emphasized using fresh, local ingredients in everyday cooking. Her most recent show, Bake with Anna Olson, provides viewers with step-by-step instructions on baking techniques and recipes.
