Anstruther Davidson
Anstruther Davidson (1860–1932) was a Scottish-American physician, botanist, and entomologist. He is best known for his contributions to the study of the flora and fauna of Southern California.

Anstruther Davidson was born in Aberdeen, Scotland, in 1860. He pursued his medical education at the University of Edinburgh, where he earned his medical degree. After completing his studies, Davidson emigrated to the United States in the late 19th century.
