Armando Falcão (November 11, 1919February 10, 2010) was a prominent Brazilian lawyer and politician. He is best known for his tenure as the Minister of Justice of Brazil during the administration of President Ernesto Geisel from 1974 to 1979.

Armando Falcão was born in Fortaleza, the capital of the state of Ceará, Brazil. He pursued a degree in law and graduated from the Federal University of Ceará.

Falcão began his political career as a member of the National Renewal Alliance (ARENA), a political party that supported the military dictatorship in Brazil. He held various positions within the party and was known for his staunch support of the military regime.
