Political Career[edit | edit source]

Minister of Justice[edit | edit source]
In 1974, Falcão was appointed as the Minister of Justice of Brazil by President Ernesto Geisel. During his tenure, he was responsible for overseeing the legal and judicial aspects of the government. His term was marked by strict enforcement of censorship laws and the suppression of political dissent.
