Ascension Health
Ascension Health is a non-profit healthcare system in the United States. It is the largest Catholic health system, with more than 2,600 sites of care, including 150 hospitals and more than 50 senior living facilities in 20 states and the District of Columbia. Ascension Health is dedicated to spiritually centered, holistic care that sustains and improves the health of individuals and communities.

Ascension Health was established in 1999, when the Daughters of Charity National Health System merged with the Sisters of St. Joseph Health System.
