His childhood friend, Latika Trivedi (Bhumi Pednekar), who has faced discrimination due to her dark skin, becomes an important part of his journey.

Bala tries various methods to regrow his hair, including home remedies, wigs, and hair transplants, but nothing seems to work. He eventually meets Pari Mishra (Yami Gautam), a beautiful model who is unaware of his baldness. They fall in love and get married, but their relationship faces challenges when Pari discovers Bala's secret.

The film explores themes of self-acceptance and societal beauty standards, ultimately conveying the message that true beauty lies within.
