Batesburg-Leesville is a town in Lexington County, South Carolina, United States. The town was formed in 1993 by the merger of the towns of Batesburg and Leesville. As of the 2020 census, the population was 5,520.

The town of Batesburg-Leesville was established in 1993 when the neighboring towns of Batesburg and Leesville merged. Both towns have rich histories dating back to the 19th century. Batesburg was known for its agricultural production, while Leesville was a hub for education and commerce.
