Bihor

Bihor is a county (județ) in Romania, located in the Crișana region. The county seat is Oradea, which is also the largest city in the county. Bihor is bordered by Satu Mare County to the north, Sălaj County to the east, Cluj County and Alba County to the southeast, Arad County to the south, and Hungary to the west.

Bihor County covers an area of 7,544 square kilometers. The landscape is diverse, featuring the Apuseni Mountains in the southeast, which are part of the Western Carpathians, and the Crișana Plain in the west. The main rivers that flow through the county are the Crișul Repede, Crișul Negru, and Barcău.
