- Bloomfield Hills, MI is a city located in Metro Detroit's northern suburbs in Oakland County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The city is almost completely surrounded by Bloomfield Township. As of the 2010 census, the city population was 3,869.

- Bloomfield Hills was incorporated as a city in 1932. It was formed from a portion of Bloomfield Township, but the two are administered autonomously. The city is known for its affluent residential communities and high property values.
Geography[edit | edit source]
- Bloomfield Hills is located in southeastern Michigan, approximately 20 miles north of downtown Detroit. The city covers an area of 5.04 square miles, of which 4.96 square miles is land and 0.08 square miles is water.
