Brett Crozier
Brett Crozier is a notable figure in the United States Navy, best known for his role as the commanding officer of the USS Theodore Roosevelt during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Brett Crozier was born in Santa Rosa, California, and attended the United States Naval Academy, where he graduated in 1992. He later earned a Master's degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College.

Crozier's naval career spans over two decades, during which he served in various capacities. He was the executive officer of the USS Ronald Reagan, and the commanding officer of the USS Blue Ridge. In November 2019, he assumed command of the USS Theodore Roosevelt.

In March 2020, a major outbreak of COVID-19 occurred aboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt. Crozier, in response to the escalating situation, sent a letter to Navy leadership calling for decisive action to prevent deaths.
