Brighton And Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust is a large National Health Service (NHS) trust that provides acute and specialist health services across Brighton, Hove, Mid Sussex and the wider Sussex region in the United Kingdom. The trust operates several hospitals, including the Royal Sussex County Hospital, the Princess Royal Hospital, and the Sussex Eye Hospital.

The Brighton And Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust was established in 2002, following the merger of the Royal Sussex County Hospital and the Princess Royal Hospital.
