Chiquito is a UK-based restaurant chain specialising in Tex-Mex cuisine. The chain was established in 1989 and is currently owned by The Restaurant Group, a British company operating various restaurant brands across the UK.

Chiquito was founded in 1989, with the first restaurant opening in the UK. The chain quickly expanded, and by 1995, there were 27 Chiquito restaurants across the country. The brand was acquired by The Restaurant Group in 1995, which has continued to expand the chain.
