Cigna offers a wide range of health services including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, pharmacy services, and behavioral health services. The company also provides Medicare and Medicaid products and health, life and accident insurance coverages primarily to individuals in the U.S. and selected international markets.

Cigna operates in 30 countries and jurisdictions and has more than 165 million customer and patient relationships worldwide.
