City Hospital-Gaston Memorial Hospital is a healthcare facility located in Gaston County, North Carolina. It is a part of the larger CaroMont Health system, which provides a wide range of medical services to the residents of the county and surrounding areas.

The hospital was originally established as City Hospital in the early 20th century. In 1946, it was renamed Gaston Memorial Hospital in honor of the local residents who lost their lives in World War II. Over the years, the hospital has undergone several expansions and renovations to meet the growing healthcare needs of the community.
