Clinical Medicine (journal) is a peer-reviewed academic journal that publishes articles in the field of clinical medicine. The journal is published by the Royal College of Physicians and its scope includes all aspects of clinical medicine, including medical research and clinical practice.

The journal was established in 1966 and has been published bimonthly since then. It is currently edited by Dr. Andrew Goddard, who is the president of the Royal College of Physicians.

The journal publishes a wide range of content, including original research articles, review articles, case reports, and editorials. The journal also publishes special issues on specific topics in clinical medicine, such as cardiology, neurology, and oncology.
