Corydalis yanhusuo

Corydalis yanhusuo is a species of perennial herb in the family Papaveraceae, native to China. The plant is also known as Yan Hu Suo which means "corydalis from Yan and Hu", referring to two regions in China where it is found. It has delicate, pink, white or purple, trumpet-shaped flowers that bloom in the spring and summer, and blue-green leaves that are finely divided. The plant can grow up to 12 inches tall and prefers cool, moist, and well-drained soil in partial shade. Corydalis yanhusuo is used in traditional Chinese medicine for its medicinal properties.
