Dyschromatosis universalis hereditaria is a rare genodermatosis characterized by reticulate hyper- and hypo- pigmentated macules in a generalized distribution.^[1]^{: Template:R/where}

Both autosomal dominant and recessive inheritance have been reported with the disorder.^[2]
