Diving contractor
Diving contractor is a professional or company that provides underwater diving services. These services can range from commercial diving, scientific diving, public safety diving, to recreational diving. The diving contractor is responsible for the safety and well-being of the divers under their supervision, as well as the successful completion of the diving operation.
Responsibilities[edit | edit source]
A diving contractor's responsibilities include planning and managing diving operations, providing and maintaining diving equipment, and ensuring the safety of the diving team. This includes ensuring that all divers are properly trained and certified, that all diving operations comply with relevant regulations and standards, and that emergency procedures are in place and understood by all team members.
