- Elmira Heights is a village in Chemung County, New York, United States. The village is located within the town of Horseheads, north of the city of Elmira. It is part of the 'Elmira, New York Metropolitan Statistical Area'. The population was 4,097 at the 2010 census.

- The village of Elmira Heights was incorporated in 1896. The community was earlier known as "Horseheads Heights" due to its location on a ridge between the village of Horseheads and the city of Elmira.
Geography[edit | edit source]
- Elmira Heights is located at 42°7′50″N 76°48′58″W (42.130496, -76.816292). According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 1.1 square miles (2.8 km²), all of it land.

- Arnot Ogden Medical Center: A tertiary medical facility in Elmira, New York. It is a non-profit, 256-bed tertiary medical facility with specialty services for cardiovascular care, cancer care, women's health services, and maternity, among others.
