The couple started their business with a single shop in Wigan, which quickly gained popularity due to its high-quality baked goods. Over the years, the bakery has expanded to include over 25 shops across the North West of England.

Galloways Bakers offers a wide variety of baked goods. Their product range includes traditional British pies such as steak and kidney, chicken and mushroom, and meat and potato. They also offer a selection of pastries, including sausage rolls, Cornish pasties, and cheese and onion pasties.
