- Garner is a city located in Hancock County, Iowa, United States. The city is the county seat of Hancock County. Garner was founded in 1870 and incorporated in 1881. As of the 2010 census, the city population was 3,129.

- Garner is located at 43°6′1″N 93°36′14″W (43.1003, -93.6039). According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 2.14 square miles (5.54 km2), all of it land.

- As of the census of 2010, there were 3,129 people, 1,278 households, and 853 families residing in the city. The population density was 1,462.6 inhabitants per square mile (564.7/km2). There were 1,353 housing units at an average density of 632.2 per square mile (244.1/km2).
