Gaylussacia frondosa is a species of plant in the family Ericaceae, commonly known as the blue huckleberry. It is native to the eastern United States, where it is found in a variety of habitats, including forests, swamps, and bogs.

Gaylussacia frondosa is found from Maine to Florida, and west to Texas. It is most common in the Appalachian Mountains, but can also be found in the Coastal Plain and Piedmont regions. The species prefers acidic, well-drained soils, and is often found in pine forests and bogs.
