Glycogen storage disease type iii

Glycogen storage disease type iii - an autosomal recessive inherited type of glycogen storage disease caused by deficiency of the glycogen debranching enzyme. It results in the accumulation of structurally abnormal glycogen in the heart, skeletal muscles, and/or liver.
