Godolphin Racing is a horse racing stable based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, which has been a major player in the global thoroughbred racing industry since its establishment in 1992. The stable is owned by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the ruler of Dubai and Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE.

Godolphin Racing was founded in 1992 by Sheikh Mohammed, who had a long-standing passion for thoroughbred racing. The stable was named after the Godolphin Arabian, one of the three founding sires of the modern thoroughbred horse racing bloodstock.

Godolphin Racing operates on a global scale, with stables in the UAE, Australia, Ireland, Japan, and the United Kingdom. The stable's horses compete in major races around the world, including the Kentucky Derby, the Epsom Derby, and the Melbourne Cup.

Despite its success, Godolphin Racing has also been involved in several controversies. In 2013, the stable was at the center of a doping scandal when a number of its horses tested positive for banned substances.
