- Goodview is located at 44°05′16″N 91°41′14″W. The city has a total area of 2.79 square miles, of which 2.76 square miles is land and 0.03 square miles is water.

- As of the 2010 census, there were 4,036 people, 1,681 households, and 1,117 families residing in the city. The population density was 1,462.3 inhabitants per square mile.
