Helen Joseph Hospital is a public hospital located in Auckland Park, Johannesburg, South Africa. It is named after Helen Joseph, a prominent anti-apartheid activist. The hospital is managed by the Gauteng Department of Health and is closely associated with the University of the Witwatersrand's Medical School.

The hospital was established in 1967 and was originally named the J.G. Strijdom Hospital, after the former Prime Minister of South Africa, Johannes Gerhardus Strijdom. In 1997, it was renamed the Helen Joseph Hospital in honor of the anti-apartheid activist.
