Hugo Carl Plaut
Hugo Carl Plaut (1858–1928) was a German bacteriologist and physician known for his contributions to the study of infectious diseases. He is particularly noted for his work on diphtheria and Plaut-Vincent angina, a type of ulcerative gingivitis.
