Independent Psychiatric Association of Russia
Independent Psychiatric Association of Russia (IPAR) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) that operates within the field of psychiatry in Russia. Founded in 1989, the IPAR is a member of the World Psychiatric Association and the European Psychiatric Association.
