Nooyi began her career in India, holding product manager positions at Johnson & Johnson and textile firm Mettur Beardsell. In 1994, Nooyi joined PepsiCo and was named CEO in 2006. During her tenure, she was instrumental in reshaping the company's portfolio to include healthier options, reducing its reliance on sugary sodas and snacks.
