The Institute of Radiotherapy and Nuclear Medicine (Urdu: جوہری طبی اور شعاعي علاج کا ادارہ , or INRUM) is a cancer hospital located at Khyber Medical College in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. It is operated by the Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission (PAEC), which aims to utilize nuclear technology to improve healthcare in Pakistan. INRUM provides state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment services to cancer patients either free of charge or at subsidized rates. The hospital is also involved in the "National Cancer Awareness & Prevention Program".

Established in 1975, INRUM is the first and largest cancer hospital in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. Its objectives include diagnosing and treating cancer patients, as well as organizing seminars and workshops for cancer awareness and control. The hospital serves patients from the province and neighboring areas, treating approximately 53,000 patients per year, including patients from Afghanistan. INRUM consists of the Radiotherapy Department, Nuclear Medicine Department, Pathology Department, and Maintenance Department.
