Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (often abbreviated as KP or KPK) is one of the four provinces of Pakistan. It is located in the northwestern region of the country, along the international border with Afghanistan.

The history of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa stretches back to ancient times. It was once the center of Gandhara, a major center of early Buddhism. The region was later ruled by various empires, including the Maurya Empire, the Kushan Empire, and the Mughal Empire. In the 19th century, it became part of British India and was known as the North-West Frontier Province.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is located in the northwestern part of Pakistan, bordering Afghanistan to the west.
