Jacob Winsløw

Jacob B. Winslow (1669–1760) was a notable anatomist and physician of Danish origin who made significant contributions to the field of anatomy during the 18th century. Jacob Benignus Winslow was born in Odense, Denmark in 1669. He initially studied theology but later shifted his focus to medicine. Winslow studied under the renowned anatomist Guichard Joseph Duverney in Paris, where he developed his skills and interest in anatomy.
