Jean-Christophe Novelli (born 22 February 1961) is a French celebrity chef. He is known for his appearances on various television cooking shows and for his work in the culinary industry.

Jean-Christophe Novelli was born in Arras, France. He developed an interest in cooking at a young age and began his culinary career at the age of 14 as a baker in his hometown.
Career[edit]
Novelli moved to Paris at the age of 19, where he worked under the renowned chef Michel Guérard. He later moved to the United Kingdom and worked at several prestigious restaurants, including Le Gavroche and The Four Seasons Hotel.
In 1996, Novelli opened his first restaurant, Maison Novelli, in London. The restaurant quickly gained acclaim and earned several awards. He has since opened several other restaurants and has become a well-known figure in the culinary world.
