Keventers Milkshake is a popular brand of milkshakes that originated in India. The brand is known for its wide variety of flavors and its nostalgic glass bottles. Keventers has a rich history that dates back to the early 20th century and has become a beloved name in the dairy industry.

History[edit | edit source]

Keventers was originally established by Edward Keventer, a Swedish dairy technologist, in the 1920s. He set up a dairy farm in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, and later expanded to Delhi. The brand gained popularity for its high-quality dairy products, including milk, butter, and cheese.

In the 1940s, the business was acquired by Ram Krishna Dalmia, an Indian industrialist, who further expanded its operations. However, the brand saw a decline in the late 20th century and eventually ceased operations.

Revival[edit | edit source]

In 2015, the Keventers brand was revived by Agastya Dalmia, the grandson of Ram Krishna Dalmia, along with his partners Saket Agarwal and Aman Arora. They reintroduced the brand with a modern twist, focusing on milkshakes served in retro glass bottles. The revival was well-received, and Keventers quickly regained its popularity.

Products[edit | edit source]

Keventers offers a wide range of milkshake flavors, including:

The brand is also known for its seasonal and limited-edition flavors, which are introduced periodically.

Packaging[edit | edit source]

One of the unique aspects of Keventers milkshakes is their packaging. The milkshakes are served in glass bottles, which not only add a nostalgic touch but are also environmentally friendly. Customers can choose to keep the bottles as souvenirs or return them for recycling.

Expansion[edit | edit source]

Since its revival, Keventers has expanded rapidly across India and has also ventured into international markets. The brand has opened numerous outlets in major cities and continues to grow its presence.
