Allium is a large genus of flowering plants, belonging to the Amaryllidaceae family, known for their onion-like bulbs and attractive flowers. This genus includes many species that are commonly used in cooking, such as onions, garlic, and leeks, as well as ornamental plants. This article provides a list of Allium species.

- Allium acuminatum: Also known as the tapertip onion or hooker's onion, this species is native to Western North America.
- Allium aflatunense: A bulbous plant species that is native to central and southwestern Asia.
- Allium ampeloprasum: This species includes the wild leek, elephant garlic, and kurrat.
